Jaclyne Jones played for the Canadian Youth National team when she was 14 and moved on to play in the Canadian Summer games at 16. She earned a full ride scholorship to the University of Oregon where she spent her 4 year college volleyball career. Upon graduation, Jaclyne moved to San Diego and coached at the University of California San Diego where she was inspired by Tom Black, head coach of the UCSD women's volleyball team to create a club in La Jolla. The vision was to train athletes with a focus on fundamental skill mastery and to have coaches who teach with the Laws of Learning and a Gold Medal Squared background (a coaching philosophy seen in high level gyms all of the world, to the USA national team all the way to 12 & under La Jolla Torreys). Jaclyne's goal is to IGNITE beginners with the a love of the game and to coach each athlete to be the best they can be inturn she the hopes that they will take the team skills, competitive spirit and friendship with them throughout life.
Jaclyne is married to Yale Jallos and currently plays competitive beach volleyball. This year she hopes to represent Canada for another NORCECA tournament.
She is the varisty assistant to Peter Ogle for the La Jolla Country Day Girls Varisty team who won the 2009 &2010 State Chamionships.
